The easiest way to get a savings card from Bashas' is to ask for one at the check-out counter.
If you don't have a Bashas' grocery store nearby, but do shop the chain occasionally, you can apply over the internet for a card and the store will mail it to you.

The What would you like to do? box shows  Choose>>> by default.
Change box to:  Register for a new card.
A long list of fill-in boxes opens up. Those marked * must be answered, others are voluntary. Use your own judgment how to respond.

Above the  Submit Form  button are three extremely important check boxes:
     The first is  I Agree  and it's already checked because if you disagree you won't get a card.
     The 2nd & 3rd are unchecked.
          That means you WILL get mail and email. This is a classic must "opt out" situation.
          If you want stuff sent to you, leave them blank.
     Check these 2 boxes to AVOID getting sent email & "promotions."
